COVID-19 Information and Testing Sites

COVID-19, a new strand of coronavirus, is a respiratory virus first identified in China and has since been identified in other countries including the United States. The City of Newark is closely monitoring events surrounding the virus. The health and wellbeing of all residents and visitors is our priority and we are taking necessary precautions to avoid health risks.

How you can help reduce the spread of COVID-19:

  • Wear a face covering in public
  • Maintain social distancing of at least six feet from others
  • Practice good hand hygiene
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow
  • Clean frequently used surfaces often
  • Stay home if you are sick
  • Get tested, even if you don’t have symptoms
