About the Park

This paved and lighted trail runs through three city parks: Phillips, Lewis, and Kells. The trail can be accessed through those parks or at Bradford Lane, Apple Road, South College Avenue overpass, Academy Street, Manual Street, Chapel Street, and Wyoming Road.
