A joint City Council and Planning Commission meeting will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber and on Microsoft Teams at:  https://tinyurl.com/CityCouncilPlanningCommission  

This meeting will be in a workshop format and will be chaired by Mayor Markham. After the presentation and discussion, the Planning Commission and Council will provide feedback to AECOM and staff regarding the proposed amendments and may direct staff to move forward with the drafting of the final ordinance for Planning Commission and Council public hearings. Public comment will be permitted. Written comments may be submitted in advance of the meeting by emailing them to council@newark.de.us or submitting them to the City Secretary’s Office, 220 South Main Street, Newark, DE 19711.
