Stop "threat" against Newark's great reputation that is in the making. The caliber and services of people that will be dwelling at 34 Continental Avenue, Newark, DE 19711 will change drastically. The flawless reputation that Newark presently have: especially regarding the small "college town" feel, will definitely be affected by program participants of Connections Inc./Emmaus House. The clientel will transition from homeless/displaced working families to individuals who are avoiding incarceration. Individuals who will be struggling with drug addictions while pregnant within the judicial system will now reside literally next door to those who have made better decisions. Yes, everyone has a second chance in life but Newark is not conducive to assist this population effectively. This is an attempt to inform city government of a "threats" that is forming within the great city of Newark, Delaware.
