Crosswalks are needed near the Courtyards by Marriott hotel to access the opposite side of 896. From this point to W Cleveland, there is no 'safe' way for pedestrians to cross over. There are no signals for cars to stop, or slow down, or give right of way to pedestrians. Just for a car to turn left on 896 from David Hollowell is a challenge! How can we expect people to get over to the other side safely? Please consider a reduction in speed, a flashing yellow light with the addition of a crosswalk or two, or a permanent traffic signal between the Marriott and W Cleveland. there are many students who reside on the opposite side and they need a safe way to get there once they leave campus.

It is normally a concern on every person who buys the glass products as what are the consequences of having a great deal. Will it worth the bucks that you are going to spend on it. If you want a durable glass table top or glass shelves then try to look for the tempered glass tables. Due to its special formation and more resistance to heat and pressure, it has proved to be of high value to save people from serious injuries. It is the same reason that tempered glass is used in making car wind shields. The shattering into granular form definitely adds value and a sense of security to the glass time that you have bought.

They are making these fees non-refundable in addition to charging transfer fees eg.
Student pays $ 150.00 and then needs to leave for legimate reasons...finds a replacement and still has to pay $ 250.00 to transfer the lease to the new tenant who has to pay $ 45.00 application fee and a $ 150.00 non refundable fee (no longer called a security deposit). This needs to be addressed since they are exploiting these students especially when they are asked to sign a lease with a parent or guardian present.....The Retreat
