BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

AGENDA

1.         The approval of minutes from meeting held February 15, 2007.

2.         The appeal of Rosalind D. Williams, agent for Luis and Lucy Galo for the property at 9 Allison Lane for the following variance:

a)     Ch. 32, Sec. 32-10(c)(t) requires that side yards in RD zoning areas to have a minimum width of eight (8) feet.  The mortgage plan submitted shows a yard width of 7.3’.  A variance of .7’ is required.

ZONING CLASSIFICATION:  RD

            If any Board member is unable to attend, please contact the Alice Van Veen at the City Secretary’s Office at 366-7070 prior to the meeting.
