In an effort to ensure that paperless billing customers receive an ebill notification as opposed to both ebill notification and a paper bill; our vendor made configuration changes. These changes may have inadvertently caused customers to receive paper bills or ebill notifications only. Upon logging into your Customer Connect account, please verify your paperless billing selection to confirm your selection. If you are not a subscriber, please contact our Payments & Utility Billing Division to have your preference updated.
