BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
THURSDAY, JULY 19, 2007 – 7:30 P.M.
AGENDA
1. The approval of minutes from meeting held June 21, 2007.
2. The appeal of Amy T. and Thomas R. Johnson for the property at 433 Orchard Road for the following variance:
a) Ch. 32, Sec. 32-9(c)(2) limits building coverage to a maximum of 20% of lot area. The plans show the new building occupies 24.4% of the lot.
ZONING CLASSIFICATION: RS
3. The appeal of Trustees of First Presbyterian Church c/o Mark D. Sisk, Esquire, for the property at 292 W. Main Street for the following variance:
a) Ch. 32, Sec. 32-60(a)(1) does not permit illuminated bulletin board signs
in a residential zoning district.
ZONING CLASSIFICATION: RS
4. The appeal of Mark R. Deschere for the property at 4 Hidden Valley Drive for the following variance:
a) Ch. 32, Sec. 32-9(c)(6)(a) requires interior lots to maintain a 50 foot rear
yard setback. The proposed sunroom would create a 45.5 foot rear yard setback.
ZONING CLASSIFICATION: RH
