AGENDA
1. The approval of minutes from meeting held July 19, 2007.
2. The appeal of Lang Development Group for the property at 102 E. Main Street for the following variances needed for applicant to use the building as a full service restaurant with a bar area and live music:
a) Ch. 32, Sec. 32-56.4(a)(1) does not permit live night club or floor show type entertainment defined as electronically amplified musical, dance, cabaret, or comedy performances by facilities selling alcoholic beverages for public consumption on the premises that are less than 300 feet from that facility to the nearest property line of a church, library, school, nursing home, hospital, dormitory, or lot zoned residential. This site is located within 75 feet of a residential property.
b) Ch. 32, Sec. 32-56.4(a)(3) does not permit bar facilities, defined as any counter in which alcoholic beverages may be stored, displayed, prepared, and served, and at which patrons sit and/or stand and consume alcoholic beverages on the premises that are less than 300 feet from that facility to the nearest property line of a church, library, school, nursing home, hospital, dormitory, or lot zoned residential. This site is located within 75 feet of a residential property.
