University of Delaware Parking

Both the City of Newark and the University of Delaware utilize the Passport payment application; however, the University of Delaware operates its own Parking Services department. While the City of Newark enforces parking regulations citywide, the University of Delaware’s Parking Services oversees enforcement, permitting, and paid parking on university grounds.  

It is important to note that the City of Newark and the University of Delaware are separate entities, and any permits or violations must be addressed with the issuing authority.
