   This form is ONLY for those who who have an active (non expired) City of Newark Residential Parking Permit who have:

   • A change of vehicle 
     • Must be owner/legal primary driver 

   OR

   • Update to vehicle's license plate
     • Same vehicle but new license plate

   If you are changing vehicles, your permit on the old vehicle will be deactivated.

   If your permit is expired: Please complete a Residential Parking Application with the new vehicle information as eligibility must be re-established.
