What are the Alderman's Court hours of operation?: Court hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., excluding city observed holidays. Walk-in customers are welcome until 3:00 p.m. daily and court employees are available by phone until 4:00 p.m.

Print the form located here:http://www.cityofnewarkde.us/DocumentCenter/Home/View/1587, fill it out and return it to the Alderman's Court 10 days prior to your arraignment date.
